Clinics will focus on exposing new women to the sport of Ultimate, improving throwing skills, learning the rules, teaching basic knowledge of offensive and defensive strategies, and increasing the number of women playing, all presented in a non-competitive environment.

The only things you need to bring to participate are a dark shirt, a white shirt, your water, and running shoes or cleats.

Clinic will run from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm on
