Fayetteville Disc Association Proposal: 11-field blade/seed Harvest Moon X Project at Marshalltown Tools May 1st, 2000 Proposal: Use a blade to level fields as much as possible. Some areas might go untouched or with manual hole filling. Rocks removed. Area tilled, or appropriate measures taken for pre-seeding conditions to be established. Fertilize if available. New seed to be laid. Fescue family is possible grass that will develop in a 3-month span and be within our budget. Hay/straw/topsoil needed to ensure proper seed development. Watering system needed. We will be asking the city Parks and Recreation dept. for help with the remaining items as well as advice on how to develop the land. Donations from private contributors will be accepted as well. We need to decide how much we can spend on the fields and meet or beat that amount by a specified date.
