Proposal for FDA Fundraiser

I propose that the FDA have a booth as Springfest, which will b held in April of 2000.  
This booth should contain handouts and information about the game of ultimate, practice 
times and our organization.

Have a television on site showing games being played.

Sell discs with a FDA design having to do with our organization or the sport of ultimate, 
and leftovers can be sold or given to the schools to use in their athletic programs.

Use the money raised to promote ultimate in the school systems.  Such as buying discs 
for the athletic programs and sponsoring clinic.

Entry fee for a non-profit organization is $25.00.  The deadline for entry is March 1, 
2000.

I propose that this is voted on at this meeting, if it is accepted, I volunteer to head the 
committee.  A disc design will have to be submitted by March 1st.
