A conveniently located hotel is the Best Western Windsor Suites: a short drive to the fields and to the party. They are offering a reduced rate of $59 (quad occupancy for the price of single occupancy) on their doubles and singles. They have some nice post-play amenities such as indoor pool and hot tub, continental breakfast, etc. Call them direct and mention Harvest Moon.

Camping.
There will be camping at the Pumpstation Road "frisbee central" fields. Portos, but no water.
WE MUST INSIST THAT YOU DO NOT DRIVE ON THE PLAYING FIELDS, as they have just been reseeded. Also, the camping area abuts city park property, and camping is prohibited on city property. {the old house and the lot behind it are city property...} The park police will patrol the area.
Please do NOT park or drive on fields!
