Presentation of plan to develop Marshalltown Tools for Harvest 00- Phil Watson
	Level fields at Pumpstation road
	Plant Bermuda in next 3 weeks
		Need Tractor and driver and to pay for gas
	Over-ground irrigation system
	Pump - 27,000 gal/hr from White River
	Irrigate everyday after planting for 2 weeks, then once a week
	Looking for Sponsorship for the project or parts of it
