*Account Balance =$4064.92
*Update on Porta-Potties – We owe for damaged goods.  We sent offer of $500 for 
settlement on hired lawyer's recommendation. Reported cost of Porta-Potties = $550 
each. 
*Merchandise still available – Black Discs and various shirts & visors.

*Update on Filed progress
$8000+ spent
Still need space for storage of motor, pipe, etc.
Damaged pipe – Could be recycled for Aluminum scrap, approx. 20' lengths.

Report of President – Kellie Rollins
*Wrap up of the year
1. Disc 4 kids Program – Grant of $500 received from UPA for this project.  Delivered 10 
discs to 11 elementary schools.  Happy Hollow has asked us to return during their "In 
Service".  
2. Fields Complex – Vast improvement
3. Fundraisers 
–	$1500 Springfest 
–	$250 Lake Leatherwood-Fat Tire Festival with OORC 
–	$300 Garage Sale 
4. Membership Cards – Sponsored, dated, double sided and professionally printed
5. Newsletters – Distributing 4 newsletter/yr. With sponsors & looking professional.
6. Adopt-A-Park
7. Tourney's – 2 Leagues, DGMS7, Harvest
8. 2 phone lists per year
