Meeting Called to Order:  
Big Daddy's @ 8:45 pm


I. -Election of 2005 officers:
President: Phil Watson ~ 
Vice-President: David Gottschalk ~ 
Treasurer: Jon Bitler ~ 
Public Relations: Joy Endicott ~ 
Tournament Coordinator/Social Chair: Liz O'Connell ~ this also depends on her studies. 


II. -Winter League 
	A. starts Jan. 2 at Lewis fields
	B. 7 weeks, skiping Feb 6 for Mardi Gras, with tournament at Marshal Town fields Feb 26th.
	C. Paul Lowrey is acting Winter League Tournament Director.
	D. Sponsors for Winter League -Georges and Pesto Cafe. 

III. -Treasurer report from Bitler:
	A. Total = $3327.75 and $10,006.10 for a total of $13,333.85
	   Minus Dan Gabor funds of $2049.52 equals: 11,284.33

	B. Fields ran about $3583.71 were budgeted at $2500 for difference of $1083.71

	C. Harvest Moon: $7254.04 
	   30% = 2176.21
		- 120.00 for kegs not returned
		=$2056.21 Donated to UA/LS

	D. Kids Tri raised $2147.94

	E. Art Sale raised $800.00
	
	F. Sponsors for membership card include: Big Daddy's, Pesto Cafe, Marlo's Taco Shack and West Mountain.
