I. Tourney Coordinator Report - Joy Endicott
	A. Winter League (unless otherwise determined by 2006 EC)
		POOL PLAY: SUNDAYS JAN 15 ~ FEB 26 
		TOURNAMENT & PARTY on SATURDAY MARCH 4
	B. Draft Date needs to be set ASAP.  
	  	i. On-Line Registration is ready. 
	 	ii. 16 Women, 22 Men are already registered.  
		iii. Brosh prefers the draft not be the 6-12th.
	C. Winter League will be a Lewis complex.
	D. 8 teams and 8 captains
		(Captain’s are responsible for collecting information and $)

	A. Newsletters, mailed, if you didn’t get one, your address was incorrect
	B. Winter League Registration Be sure to INCLUDE E-Mail & Mailing Address
	C. Membership Sponsors ~ Thanks to 2005, looking to renew for 2006
	D. Designs NEEDED:
		i. FDA/Discs for Kids program
		    ? Amy P. Lee asked if we should consider smaller size discs for those under 6th grade? 
		    Discussed, but tabled for next EC.
		ii. Summer League 2006
		iii. Harvest Moon XVI ~ DUE BEFORE END OF AUGUST!

III. Treasurer's Report - by Joy
	A. Harvest made money.
	B. Waiting on some final invoices before total can be calculated.

IV. President's Report - by Joy
	A. City Matters  
		i.  Payment for membership made @ $5 per person
		ii. Lewis has been requested for Winter League, waiting on confirmation
	B. Marshalltown  
		i. Trailer was broken into, locks cut, just before Harvest
		ii. Locks replaced with combination locks
		iii. Items missing ~ weed eater, gas can… ?
		iv. More items to be stored in U-Store in future

V. New Business
	A. Joy Motioned for repeal of term limits
		i. Josh Hess Seconds
		ii. Motion approved unanimously
	B. Discussion on pickup play
		i. Sundays can move to Lewis immediately: Noon- 2PM
		ii. Tues/Thurs w/Lights @ Whiteriver 6:30-8:30PM
			a. By show of hands, 9 for Thursday, 7 for Tuesday
			b. Re-initiate “Call 2 people” to increase participation on Thursday nights!
