I.Treasurer's Report - given by Amy Partak
A. Phil and Wendy to meet this week to change over bank account information.
B. *******OU A-team from Harvest need to be cut a check for $75.00 for a refund for them not getting food (showed up @ dark)
C. 2003 EC also told OU B-team that we will give them a $75.00 break on 2004 tourney fee if they choose to return.

II. Vice President's Report
A. City Matters 
	  i. Practice to continue as usual on Tues/Thurs nights at Babe Ruth (6pm to whenever).  
	 ii. Phillip has the key to the lights.
	iii. Practice on Sundays (noon to whenever) at Lewis.
B.Marshalltown -I will pass keys to trailer to Phillip this week.  

III. Tourney Coord. Report - given by Amy Partak
A. Winter League to begin Jan 4th (unless otherwise determined by 2004 EC).  
B. Draft needs to occur ASAP.  
	  i. Liz has list of college draftees
	 ii. e-mailed list of Tulsa draftees today.  
	iii. Phillip may be able to get a John Brown contact person.
C. Winter League will be a Lewis complex except for Feb. 28th tourney
D. WL Tourey will be held Marshalltown Feb. 28th. {Feb 21-22, Mardi Gras, Baton Rouge, LA}  
E. 8 teams and 8 captains
	  i. Josh Hess (double check with him since he wasn't at the party, 
	 ii. Phillip Watson, 
	iii. BoB Lee, 
	 iv. Rose (is hot) Doss, 
	  v. Roger Rains, 
	 vi. John Bitler (who would like to decline since he's accepted a new officer position.

F. No plans have been made for the Winter League party.  
G. We do have two partial kegs left over from Harvest and from Christmas Party

*Amy P will deliver all toys to West Fork Elementary School and/or Ramay Junior High this week.  
*Food will be taken to Salvation Army or given to the schools where I work to make food baskets.  
*The schools will be notified where the toys and food came from-----FDA!!!  
*Thanks to all who donated; you have helped some children have a better Christmas.
