1. Call to order at 8:20 

2. Phil opens up the floor to comments and questions: 
- Non players are eligible for FDA memberships 
registration forms are at West Mountain and can be mailed in 
-Tabled - current policy states officers can only hold a post for 2 consecutive terms, will 
consider at next general meeting 
-Phil stated that the Masters team did a good job at Regionals and missed Nationals by 5 
points 
 
3. Harvest Moon discussion 
a. Fields: 
- Confirmed   
 	SATURDAY 4-Marshalltown Tools, 2-Office, 4-Walker, 2-White River
      SUNDAY 8-Lewis, 2-Asbell 
- same rain concerns as in the past with UA fields 
- Roger and Lance volunteered to help line fields Oct. 27 -28. Contact Phil to assist. 

b. Food: 
- Tyson chicken donation has been requested. 
- Phil will ask Marlo’s Taco Shack to donate 150 Bean/Cheese Burritos 
- Phil has reserved smoker for fields
- John Schmuecker at Tim's donating; garden burgers, salad, salad dressing, plates, forks 
etc., etc. Thanks! 
- Pesto Cafe taking care of pasta and sauce. 
- NEED 20 – 24 COOLERS, bring to Frisbee central with YOUR NAME ON IT :) 
- Chappy's team to serve food and frisbee central 
- John will also speak with IGA about fruit donation 10/10/10 oranges/bananas/apples 
- Use of marker on players for meal 
- NEED hand sanitizer, cooking utensils, paper towels 

c. Beer: 
- 12-15 kegs of Diamond Bear  
- 5 kegs of Bud/Bud light
- 3 to fields Sat.

d. Party: 
- Ozark Mountain Smokehouse on Dickson 
- Only beer and Smokehouse will provide servers & doormen, 18+ 
- Costume contest at 11:30. Wendy running the show. 5 judges with 6 picks for 
individual participation 
- Motion made by Schmucker for Fayetteville Judges only. Chappy seconds. Motion 
Carried.
- Flip-Off-Pirates are band. 
- Possibly have acoustic on back patio area. 
- DJ Feelgood inside following band and contest. 
- Tents and to be supplied by Smokehouse
- FDA supplying Potties 
 
e. Other items: 
-Keep beer cans and liquor bottles out of city trash cans 
-Michelle is taking care of player packs. Contact her with donations and if you can 
volunteer items and time to put them together the week of the tourney. 
- Kelly Rollins is putting together program. $25 for 1/4 page and $50 for 1/2 page ad 
- Bitler will help facilitate housing requests by message board or phone call. Kelly may 
look into hotel accommodations & discounts. 
- Shirts to be folded Friday night at West Mountain, instead of Sat. morning
- 100 tickets to be sold to friends, or given to sponsors
- Frisbee Central Set Up – SAT @ 7 AM; Sarah Taylor, Laura Billeaudeau, Jarrit Lewis, 
- Make sure someone has KEYS to TRAILER 
- Champagne to take merchandise to college division
- NEED VOLUNTEERS TO SELL MERCHANDISE
