Call to order at 8:45 
 
I. Selecting Men's College Representative 
  	A. Candidates:Josh Hess, Jon Champagne, Casey Hooper 
   	B. Officers dicussion.
	C. Motion to elect Champagne by Bitler, Joy and David Second, 
Motion carries unanimously 
 

II. Voting Privledge to Women's College Rep.
 	A. Motion to give college women's representative by Champagne 
Motion Seconded by Joy, Motion carries, 3-1


III. Harvest 
 	A. Party - Location being discussed is the Garden 
Room/Smokehouse on Dickson St. 
 	B. Phil will check on details which include: security at door, price 
of kegs, bathrooms etc. 
 	C. Music is still being discussed. Demo tapes need to be submitted. 
Leaning towards D.J.'s 
 	D. Merchandise: Looking at ordering 
		i. 400 discs - white, glow and red
		ii. 250 t-shirts
		iii. design for both discs and shirts still being discussed 
 	E. David will speak to Jen Smedlund concerning bagel/bread pick 
up at Panera Bread in Fayetteville 
 	F. There will be 50 teams at Harvest. Of those, 20 are college. 
 	G. Food is still being worked out but will rely on donations from 
Tyson, Pesto Cafe, West Mountain Brewery  etc. 
 	H. Will need to check and see if new law effects keg purchase. 
Otherwise looking  at 10 kegs of Diamond Bear Pale Ale and 8 Kegs of 
something else. 
 

IV. Distribution of Harvest Funds 
	A. Discussion of percentage of profits from tournament for college 
teams. Because the teams playing on the UA fields are college men's 
teams, and are 20 of the 50 total teams participating in this year’s 
tournament,  a 40% split of the profit between University of Arkansas and 
the FDA was discussed, and agreed to. 
	B. Discussion followed on the split of the UA share between the 
men and women's teams.  Motion by Joy that the UA men and women 
split their profits 60/40, Seconded by Phil, Passed. 
	C. Motion by Rose that the UA receive 40% of the profits from this 
year's tournament. Seconded by Champagne, passed by a unanimous 
vote.
