FDA Executive Committee Meeting: August 30, 2006 @ West Mountain In Attendance: President ~Phil Watson Vice President ~ Tournament Coordinator ~Wendy Clanton Public Relations ~Kellie Rollins Treasurer ~Jon Bitler College Open Rep ~ College Women's Rep ~ Sara Taylor Harvest 2006 Meeting Called to Order 8:00PM: 6 wooden discs for Harvest, 3 spirit winners and 3 division winners. Fields have yet to be finalized. Food for Harvest Moon will be provided for $1313 ish for the food delivered to the fields and another 100 dollars for 100 burritos for a total of $1413. We will try to start pool play at 9 a.m. on Saturday so that we can be done by 4:30 and serving food. Soco is doing the party packs for Harvest. We would like a list of things that are to be put in the party pack so they can be listed online. Disc colors this year are going to be white, glow, orange, and green. College boys will do fruit and bagels this year. It was decided to spend the same amount of money this year for merchandise for harvest. Ad’s need to be sold for the program 50 for ½ page and 100 dollars for a full page. DJ to be determined. Party is @ George's. Will shut down @ 1AM outside and 2AM inside. 8 kegs instead of 10?
