FDA EC Meeting

Meeting begins at 9:00 PM at Phil’s house.

9:00 PM: Talked about insurance from the UPA.  Phil thinks that they will cover League as a event although we’ll have to look into it more.  Will bring it up at the meeting

9:10 PM: Talked about what to talk about at the FDA meeting.  Mention Harvest, Summer League stuff

9:25 PM: Review of Summer League numbers…talked about trying to possibly expand.

9:35 PM:  Vote on disc design for Harvest.  The design made by Wendy’s husband is the designer.  Vote was 3 for, 2 abstentions, and 0 against.

9:40 PM: Go over agenda for FDA meeting.  Treasurer’s report, then summer league report, pick-up moving to White River , club teams need to let Phil know about odd ball practice times, Harvest volunteers, new business,
