22 golfers want to join the FDA.
15 dollars per person is the fee. 
We must have their name, address, phone and email for our database. 
*Membership will give them access to discounts at our participating sponsors.
*A link on our website to their site advertising their upcoming events.
*Access to our tax I.D. number for their events as well 
Kellie will contact Kelly and get one check and contact info.

Harvest Moon
*Fields are everywhere. Lewis is reserved (including Asbell), Marshalltown and their 
offices, we are still working on UofA and we will not have Walker. 
*Party is at George’s; they are handling sound, security, armbands, ten kegs through them
*Six Hung Sprung and Pink Mafia are the bands
*$250.00 per team of 15;  
*******Teams with more than 15 players = players 16, 17, 18, 19, 20… and so 
on, will be required to pay $10.00 per person to help pay for the extra amount of 
food needed.
*Teams must inform the FDA of vegetarian players that on their team before Oct 20th to 
insure them a veggie meal. This can be done through contacting the tournament 
coordinator until something more user friendly is available (i.e.; an online registry type 
set-up)
*Food; is still up in the air!!!

Summer League
*Going well
*Party is at Hog Wild; Justin Brasher’s band is playing music for us.
*Hopefully we will have our FDA discs for the tourney Aug. 26 
*Giving discs to elementary schools again
*News letter articles need to be sent to Kellie by Sept.4th

Subjects tabled so we have more time to think about them
*Joe Garret’s land in Springdale and our involvement
*Dan Gabor scholarship; creating a new scholarship for the proceeds.
*Creating a concrete basic set of rules for all leagues.
