Harvest Update a. Oct. 29-30, 2005 b. Checking on facility for party, 5 Squirrels or Georges c. Thinking about the idea of having a DJ instead of a band d. Fields would include city and Marshalltown. II. Storage a. Equipment at Armstrong Storage will be housed inside for 1 more month at $60. b. Then move to outside at $25 a month. This includes tractor etc. III. Summer League a. Set for 6/21-8/2 on Tuesday nights. Tournament on 8/6 Saturday. b. Play at will be Lewis c. Tournament at Marshalltown with option to play at Lewis d. 8 Teams ~ Captains so far include Phil, Nick, Susie, Josh Hess we need 4 more IV. Dan Gabor a. Party at Gypsy, band for $600, RIVA b. Fields are Lewis and Asbell, Jose will take care of cost of fields c. Trophies are ordered. d. Only 50 frisbees ordered at $8.00 each e. Kelly helping with raffle f. 2-3 kegs of beer at party g. Fruit and bagels from IGA – looking for donation h. Who has shirt? Need to pass it on V. Harvest College Funds a. Long discussion about setting the distribution of funds to both the college men and women for this Harvest and future tournaments. b. Asked men's and women's rep to come back to the table with sound ideas to be discussed c. Tabled by Bitler, second by Liz VI. New Biz a. Liz brought up idea of funding masters team b.
