Call to Order 7:10pm
All officers in attendance

I.Approval of agenda for 4-28-03.
	
II.Approval of minutes from 3-9-03 meeting.

III.Treasurer's Report
A. Bank Balances
	i. Checking = 
	ii. Savings = $4025.24
			$1800.00 designated for Dan Gabor (or more)
	iii. Loan Balance = $2140.92
			$313.00 per month automatic payment deduction
B. City Dues

Iv.Fundraisers
A. Art Show $$ 
	i. Use $500.00 for Discs for Kids
	ii. Have Bubba (Barbara Dennison) give another training to PE Teachers and 
	buy discs
B. Kids Triathlon
	i. Amy E will help, but NOT Direct
	ii. Beth to call Rodney Gordon to see if he would like to Director
	iii. Joe Garrett NOT able to do sponsors

B. Marshalltown Status 
	i. Amy to call Mr. Pennio about using weed killer
	ii. Next work day to pull weeds & rake out mud balls - 
C. City Relations
	i. Parks meeting next week
	ii. Who will attend with Amy P?
	iii. Reserve Asbell for Spring Practice 4/29 ->

VI.Tournament Coordinator Report
A. Dan Gabor Updates
	i. $10 / adds
	ii. $100 / team
	iii. 15 teams of 9 per roster ~ 8 teams already 
	iv. Wayne to publicize
	v. Fields @ Lewis
	vi. Party @ George’s
		a. $120 - $130 for kegs
		b. $6 @ door
		c.George’s to take care of door men, sound, wrist bands
 	vii. BANDS – Jive Market & 10 Horse Chapel (Foxy’s band outside)

B. Summer League ~ Must be FDA member to play
C. Harvest Moon Tourney ~ Fields
	i. Can we split Open/Women if Gary Combs won't allow all of us to play @ 
	Stone Bridge?
	ii. May have to make tourney smaller until better field space available
	iii. Other ideas/options????
	Scott to check on requirements for field space in Rogers Parks Dept.
