TREASURY REPORT:

1) Total- $11,821.28
a. deposits not included in total- $1,500 or so
b. going to masters- $300

2)  Dan Gabor- $1,800
	a. long term goal- who gets the money?

2) Spendable money- $9,583.88



DISCUSSION ON DISC GOLF

* Issue-They want to use our tax ID number
* They have 14-30 members
* Some conditions could be:
* They give us a exel of their players information
* They have a certain number of people sign up
* They would have access to FDA web page
* Issue tabled for now



HARVEST MOON 2006

1) Date- Weekend of November 4th  2006
a. Motion- Harvest Moon 2006 to be held 11/4-5 baring any conflict with Intramural Fields.
b. Wendy seconds---motion passed

2) Bands- budget of $1,500
c. 6 hung sprung- >$1,000
d. Speakeasy
e. DJ

3) Party Venue- 
a. Georges—budget on them $1,500
b. Smokehouse is free

4) Beer- 
a. How much will each keg cost
b. 15 kegs or 10 kegs with 5 reserved
c. Consider drink special with armband
d. Venue will decide whether or not we get beer from Schmuecker

5) Motion- Hold of on Harvest Party until we have more information on fields and party venues

MARSHALLTOWN FIELDS

1) Phil getting paid- $15-17 dollars an hour for tax purposes, because it’s a non-profit organization.

2) Motion for field budget- $3,000 for spring planning
a. motion seconded—4:1 in favor—motion passed
