FDA EC Meeting 3/26/08 All officers present Meeting begins at 8:50 PM at Tapanazos. 8:50 PM- Forfeits 0-to max score 8:53 PM- Travel to tournament the day of league get a waiver for attendance 8:55 PM- 5/2 4/3 offense chooses(explain better and etiquette of captains) 9:00 PM- Captains take care of money after the first week and then turn back in information back to League Coordinator who then transfers to treausurer. 9:05 PM- 50% to qualify round down 9:07 PM- Katherine and Helen to masseuse($50) 9:09 PM- Signs with rip-offs to website at outdoor stores for FDA 9:10 PM- Dog Passes....thought about giving out passes to owners in which they can get taken if you don't take care of your dog shit and shit 9:18 PM- League April 29th through Aug 16th. ADA first on Thursday and then FDA second on Tuesdays. 9:25 PM- Dan Gabor entry fee $135....find another party location. 20 teams to shoot for but if need we have Asbell to fit 25. Look for a good party location. 9:32 PM- Dan Gabor Scholarship to be switched to Frisbee scholarship passed unanimously 9:40 PM- Sticky set for July 12th. Probably not have STIF. 9:45 PM- Harvest Moon set for Nov. 2nd and 3rd. Look for a new party location for all. Raise the entry fee to $300 dollars. 9:55 PM- Benevolence fund set to $500 dollars. Passed unanimously. 10:00 PM- Tabled to talk about Marshalltown and the city. 10:03 PM- Next meeting set for April 23rd at 8:00 PM at Phil's house. 10:04 PM- Meeting adjourned.
