Executive Committee Meeting

Call to Order: 6:20 pm 

I. Update on Dan Gabor tourney
	a. May 28th.
	b. party is at the Gypsie. $5.00 cover and they will handle the door. Need to give the Gypsie some press and a donation receipt for there tzx purposes
	c. Fields (Lewis and Asbell) are in the books. Phil has bathroom key (#1 complaint last year)
	d. Wayne asked for and will receive funds to cover fruit, bagels etc. $75.00
	e. 50 discs will be ordered. Trophy discs are ordered @ $12.50 a piece.		
	f. JOY NEEDS TO POST REQUEST FOR VOLUNTEERS TO SELL MERCHANDISE AND RAFFEL TICKETS!

II. Harvest Moon update
	a. Working on dates. 
		i. Could be Oct. 29-30. (Problem being that we would not have Lewis on the 29th) The next weekend 		ii. Nov. 5-6 we could have Lewis for both days. Need input and discussion.
	b. Hoping to have this discussion on April 7 the next exec. meeting at Big Daddys at 6:00 pm
	c. Need to discuss and finalize Harvest fund splitting with College men and women's teams. College reps. need to be present.
	d. A check for $400 was cut to SoCo. Jon motioned. David second. (Ludicrous speed had received a check for $2000.)

III. FDA practice
	a. Thursday 6-8 at Hampton
	b. Sunday 12-2 at Lewis
	c. AFTER "TIME" CHANGE so will our practice times. JOY WILL POST!

IV. FDA fields and tractor
	a. Motion made by David and Second by Joy for funds for fields and tractor. Phil will provide detailed budget request for: Sand, mower, gas, storage etc. $2,800 .

V. Winter league
	a. Made $754.00 will reach $1,350 with sponsor donations.
	b. Bitler did purchase $250. in rule books. (100)
	c. Need to stress to captains importance of filling out rosters correctly. 
	d. Some players remained unhappy because they did not receive a shirt. Captains were asked to bring extra shirts to party to share with the have nots.

VI. Special thanks	
	a. To Steve McBee for his continued sponsorship of and help with the FDA and the kid's tri.

VII. Summer League
	a. dates are being discussed but could very well be: June 6-August 2. Tuesday night play. Tournament would be August 6.
	b. Phil will start talking to city to confirm dates
	c. Looking for CAPTAINS
	d. Looking for SHIRT DESIGNS
	e. 8 TEAMS

VIII. More stuff
	a. Throwing clinic at Jones Center for Families in Springdale on March 22 from 3-4. There will be two :30 sessions
	b. JOY WILL POST
