   Savings Account - $4,316.41 
   Checking Account - 2,954.00 
 
-Winter League Grossed $1,800 plus sponsors $600 
-Second set of Shirts $600.00 - Kelly can distribute to sponsors. 
-Spent $391.92 at party 
 
C. Random discussion: 
-springfest April 17 
-Kelly handling art sale 
-will college reps ever attend meeting? Liz will remind them 
 
D.Harvest 
-John brought up College and there effect on Harvest Tournament 
-Big Daddyıs is 18 and up for possible party 
-no football on Oct. 30th 
-Beer? Phil will check out protocol 
-20 kegs? Will work out purchasing 
-Discussion of local bands playing (flip off pirates?) 
 
E. Kids Tri 
-location could be Wilson Park? new Boys and Girls club. 
 
F. Geology Dinner 
-Wayne should attend dinner to distribute Dan Gabor scholarship check 
-there was a motion to pay the money 
-Jon asked that we find out what we made 
-Jon makes motion to pay $1,900 + $300 from last two years 
-Liz seconds 
-Phil would like to see teams increased from 15 to 20 
-will be played at Lewis Soccer Complex

-T-shirts paid 
-something about discs 
-OK State paid 
All old business is paid up. 
 
G. Summer league 
-Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday 
-How many Games,Teams? 
-survey to see how many will participate and what day 
-motion for liz to look into dates and numbers 
 
H.Field Situation 
-Phil spoke with David at parks department 
-all is well 
 
I.Eligibility of kids 
-possible family membership 
-Jon makes motion for research with parents 
-Phil mentions possible lower membership $10.0 
-Possible $5.00 membership 
-needs further discussion 
 
J.Discussion of fees 
-possible executive committee members free FDA membership 
-captains would have free league fees 
-bring up in general meeting 
 
K.Jon discuss signatures if loan ever to be taken out 
 
L.Phil wants to kick around

-next time we use FDA field will be Harvest
