1. MARSHALLTOWN:
A. Work Day - MARCH 8th
	PS: About 10 to 15 people showed. 
	2 truck load of Nitron fertilizer spread.  
	Field disked with off-set 
	(Jo Leonard contact person for fertilizer) 
	(off-set disker and tiller rented from Siloam Springs)
B. Fields to be tilled and seeded by Amy P. as soon as she is able.
	PS: Field tilled late March and seeded early April.

II. WINTER LEAGUE
A. Party @ George's
B. Suzie Q's ban to play $200 {cost $350}
C. 2 kegs @ $80.00 each
D. No Food
E. Sound guy $100.00
F. John Bailey to get trophy
G. Wendy and Amy to tally votes and announce winners
H. $460.00 Total

III. SUMMER LEAGUE
Tabled until next meeting for more discussion of dates July -> mid-August.

IV. ADOPT-A-PARK:
Tabled until next GM when Amy can get a location and date set with Lisa Netherland from Parks and Rec.
	PS: Done on April 13th. Had about 15 people show from 9:00 am to 11:00 am @ Gulley Park.

V. WEB-SITE DOMAIN
Beth C. to check with Ben Welch-Bolen to switch site and Scott will cut him a check.

VI. SPRINGFEST
A. Wendy will be in charge of getting space with city and organizing.
B. Selling: burgers, boca burgers and merchandise (t-shirts, discs, and cups). 
	PS: Rainy but fun.  Made about $400.00.

VII.  CITY DUES
A.  Are Due...
B. Amy will get list of members and check to pay city.
C. Pay for 76 members.

VII. ART SHOW
A. Hanging FIRST OF APRIL.
Items to Kelly by March 12th.
B. Reception on April 11th @ Arsaga's on Gregg
C. Kellie Rollins in charge of gathering art and hanging and reception.

IX. SPRING PRACTICE
Until May 1st @ Babe Ruth/Lake Fayetteville/Gary Hampton
After May 1st @ Asbell

X. HARVEST MOON
Nov 1st & 2nd, 2003
Amy P. to call Amy E to find out if we can play again at Stone Bridge.

XI. OTHER BUSINESS
A. Gertie: Scott to get in touch with Melissa about selling her in Star Shopper.
B. Still need to check on insurance
C. Amy P will notify people of upcoming City Parks Meetings
D. Beth C. to find out if there are any other sports teams/soccer teams needing field space
E. Amy P to call Lance or Heath about trailer and grater.
F. Amy P will be in charge of calling SUNDAY PAPER about EC attending City Council meeting:
