I. Phil Watson brought to attention the storage shed.
 a. Switch unit to a 10 x 10 for larger protective area.
 b. Cost from $25.00 to $39.00  
 c. ability to store water pump? and tractor.
 d. vote

    Final vote: 3-0

II. Phil brought up tractor maintenance and future need to purchase tires; turf tires. 
David will check on winterizing tractor.

III. Winter league: Discussion lead by Liz O'Connell
 a. at Lewis field. 
 b. 6 fields have been layed out with an option of need depending on field condition. 
Field width 36-39 ft. depending on conditions of field and number of fields needed.
 c. Shirts and design will be left up to Phil and Liz. 
 d. Fifteen shirts per team. 8 teams.
 e. Need to get key to bathrooms.
 f. Sponsorship was discussed. Would need to make calls to Hoffbreau, Bank of Fayetteville,
Flying Burrito etc.
 g. discussion of offering more to sponsors which could include mention on the FDA web site 
(possible sponsor of the month.) Would need to collect more information to benefit sponsor.
 h. Contact Joy about web site?

IV. Discussion of Fundraisers: lead by Phil
  a. Springfest? is it still a viable source of income and publicity in consideration of 
volunteers,weather, possible video play etc.
  b. tabled for further discussion

V. Random items: 
  a. Liz O'Connell warns all  of the hazards of cold weather. Please dress warm.
  b. Should we have a phone number dedicated to just weekly FDA updates?
  c. Phil stessed internet posting and captain communication
  d. Tournament and Winter League championship game at Marshaltown
    
VI. Membership and League dues
  a. $15.00 a year league dues and $10.00 for tournament
  b. Incentives for new players: free annual dues
                                  free first league
  c. player 30 miles out of the area $15.00 FDA dues and league fees free.

**11:00 am start for Winter League and 11:30 assessing points.
