FDA Meeting Minutes  
Executive Committee Meeting 11/05/04 
 
Meeting Called to Order: 5:30 pm  
 
Executive Committee Present:

Tournament Coordinator/Social Chair: Liz O'Connell 
Student Representative: Nick Welch-Bolen 
 
I. Practice: 
 	a. Beginning Nov. 16 at Hampton Fields Tuesday and Thursday from 7-9 pm with 
LIGHTS! 
 	b. Sunday practice at 1 pm at Lewis fields 

II. Harvest wrap up: 
 	a. Phil: need to check if fruit and beer payed for. 
 	b. have kegs been collected? 
 	c. need to reimburse Big Daddy's for chairs/tables from breakage by FDA 
member.  
 	d. Fields need to be rolled, cost $130 
 	e. still collecting water bottles 
 	f. Money! We have around $13,063.97. Minus $2,186 gives us about $10,879.92 
 	We need to check with Bitler for final numbers and get correct figures on bounced 
checks. 
 	g. Get John 20 shirts and discs to sell at West Mountain Brewery 
 	h. Liz said she will send out THANK YOU notes to sponsors etc. 
 
III. Harvest feedback: 
 	a. not enough small shirts 
 	b. need to look at changing pools for Sunday play 
 	c. send "Boo" note to women's final's teams for skipping out 
 	d. beer distribution was a success at keg following games Saturday. 
 	e. Big Daddy's loves us and wants to be on the card offering $1 drafts, $2 well and 
10% off of food 
 
IV. Winter League 
 	a. Need disc and shirt designs PRONTO! 
 	b. play will be at Lewis except for tournament and maybe a final regular week.
 	c. Date not solid yet. Could start Jan. 9 ? 
 	d. Winter League party at Big Daddy's. ($300.)Will supply one keg and some 
munchies  
 	e. Pesto Cafe and George's want to sponsor league 
 
V. Christmas Party 
 	a. Dec. 15th 
 	b. details to come 
 	c. Need 2005 officer nominations 
 		1. Phil accepted nomination for President 
 		2. Discuss college women's representative 
 
VI. Other news: 
 	a. Liz brought up a couple of ideas of Wayne Ramsey that need to be further 
discussed and a proposal submitted in writing. 
 		1.FDA to buy goaltimate kit 
 		2. FDA to help fund regional, national tournament teams... 
 	b. College will pick up costs of last years kegs lost 
 	c. Art show was hung on Sunday.
