Harvest XV recap A. Per Player $ = Party Passes, Dinner Tickets =$20 (10 players = $200, 22 players =$440), DECLINED. It was determined this would be more difficult for the TD to distribute and handle, making more work for us. This year we made money. If future budgets indicate a shortage we have the option to raise the tourney fee to $300. B. Helpful Hints for TDs: i. Poster Board @ Frisbee Central (w/Brackets) for Score Reporting ii. Score Sheets INCLUDE: SOTG Vote (Sat. play), Point Diff iii. Have SUNDAY Brackets worked out BEFORE tournament, including B Div. C. 2006 Designs Now: Publish in Newsletter D. Food ~ quantities i. Dinner Quantity was a bit high, but we think this was due to the TIMING of service. Because we waited until ALL rounds were complete, there was a line formed when teams arrived from the other locations, which may have discouraged some from eating. Make sure DELIVERY is ON TIME! ii. To correct this we recommend SERVING FOOD @ BEGINNING of LAST ROUND E. Party Location i. Smokehouse was GREAT! ii. Need to monitor 18 - 20 iii. Just plan for after party with 40-100 people (BYOB) iv. Julie @ Smokehouse has said we are welcome back in 2006! II. Winter Meeting/Elections/Party A. Location? i..Boom Boom Room @ Benson’s $7.95/person ii. George’s iii. On the Mark {Phil will contact} iv. Cost of 2005 @ Big Daddy’s was $400 B. Term Limit Discussion/Nominations i. Some nominations have been submitted ii. Some current officers will return, if term limit is repealed iii. To be discussed at meeting C. New Membership Sponsors ~ Do we need them? i. Thai Dinner ii. Play It Again Sports iii. Curry’s Video iv. Tony C’s ~ Champagne to make contact v. Have new EC make contact with 2005 sponsors, then make decisions. D. Winter League i. Dates ~ Jan 15 – March 4 ii. Phil to confirm dates with city for Lewis Fields iii. Still need 4 more captains for total of 8 iv. Design ~ Nestor’s submission v. Sponsor ~ Schmuecker will cover Winter League’s III. FDA discs for Kids A. We are out of discs, since we sold all Harvest discs! B. We need to order more, for league and for Discs for Kids program. C.
