FDA meeting.

Meeting called to order @ 7:37
College money split:  40 total percent of Harvest money goes to college which is then split 60% 
to the men and 40% to the women.

Fields for Harvest are Lewis, Walker, Asbell, College, and Marshall town offices.

Frisbee central & captain's meetings will be at Lewis Fields.
Dinner will be at Marshalltown Plant fields.

Bitler motions for 54 teams.  20 university mens, 15 open, and 19 women.
Motion passed.

We need to try to have a Fayetteville team at all playing fields.

Decided on 10 kegs of frost brewed beverages.

Costume contest: Cash prize and T-shirts.

Champagne needs to work on getting kegs for the fields and college kegs for the afterparty.

Joint captains meeting at Marshalltown 

We need volunteers to work Frisbee Central.

Merchandise at the college fields needs to be moved before food is served.  

Personal responsibilities of the officers discussed.
