Call to order @ 6:20 pm

I. Winter League 
	a. Brief discussion concerning moving WL Tournament to accommodate college 
tourney schedule 
- No motion, no vote. WL tournament date on same date 2/26/05 
	b. Kelly is finishing membership cards. Waiting on specific details from a couple 
of sponsors.
	c. SHIRTS~ not enough shirts are available for players on every team. Captains, if 
you have extra shirts please bring to WL tourney and party for distribution/swap.  It is 
important that all participants receive a shirt. It just might not be the same color shirt as 
the team you played on. 
 
II. Newsletter 
	a. to be distributed after WL 
	b. deadline for articles is 2/26. Extended till 3/1 for college reps. 
	c. Phil would like to see phone list complete and membership cards distributed by 
WL tournament 
 
III. Summer League 
	a. need to decide on number of teams 6 or 8 
	b. possible revisions of draft to help insure enough players and parity on each 
team 
	c. would like to continue play on Lewis fields. Phil will check with city for 
availability of fields. 

V. Treasurer Report
	a. Harvest Moon 2004 brought in a total $7,281.38 
	b. $10,686.46 in Total funds 
	c. -$2,049.52 for Dan Gabor 
	d. $ 8,636.94 Balance 
 
VI. Other Business 
	a. Wayne will once again take care of Dan Gabor 
	b. Phil asked that practice time on weeknights be set for 6:00 pm following WL to 
accommodate post activities 
	c. Discussion of LS or FDA donating money to UA Women's Team from Harvest 
earnings. Further discussion needed. Jon motions to table, Phil seconds 
	d. is it possible to come up add another tournament to the FDA's events? 
	e. Bitler wants sponsorship for Harvest and is suggesting we pay someone to find 
these sponsors
	f. Joy needs to call Dave Wise about Tournament Insurance 
	g. Possible Harvest date is 10/29 or 11/5 
	h. Phil needs to speak with city about field availability. Jon motions. Nick 
seconds. 
	i. Find out cost of fields if we reserved Lewis now. 
	j. Need to check on Gabor dates 
	k. Women's college rep. ability to vote, tabled
