Meeting called to order – 7:15, KR, JF, AE, & TP present.

Financial Officer's Report – AE
$4188.48 total in account.

Dan Gabor Account: $2900 deposited into account minus $200 for backup fields for next 
year in case Jose' does not sponsor field cost.
Date needs to be set for big check handoff to University – waiting for Ann Gabor 
availability confirmation.

Rummage sale: $280.00, not yet deposited.
T-shirts ordered for summer League.
46 visors to print.

Vice President's Report – JF
Fields – Fescue plant date, as close to beginning of Sept. as possible.  Amy Unger getting 
prices on seed and fertilizer.  Amy McClelland getting tractors for brush-hogging and 
leveling mechanism from city.  
EC Members approve $3500 to purchase irrigation system.

Adopt-a-Park date to be set in November for the lost date in July.

Public Relations Officer's Report – TP
Sound Warehouse – possibility for newsletter sponsorship
August Newsletter articles deadline – July 24th
Mail newsletter – Aug. 10th
Need online newsletter with printable calendar
Summer League Party – Brad James Band
Harvest Bands – Juice can't commit, NMAS will not return messages.
