Wayne proposed amendment concerning the timely acceptance of nominations. This proposition will be read at the next General Meeting, June 4th. After the 30 day grace period, it will be voted on by the FDA members or the EC, dictated by whichever comes first. Springfest Discs All members approved to have Discraft logo (in 12pt. Type) on all the discs. In return, we get 30 free discs Design- 2 disc logo with cityscape. This logo also approved as F.D.A. logo. Logo to be placed inside a swoop design. Discraft order to be placed: 200 – 175 gram discs at less than $4.00 each 100 – mini's at $1.00 each 2 disc colors – white and yellow some prism prints to be ordered Jeff confirmed booth requests to PIDS committee had been accepted. Kellie will find out what products we need for booths and seek donations before we purchase anything Booth design – Tony Building on Saturdays 2 4x8 pieces of plywood Sign up sheets for Springfest Booths will be taken to practice Joy will take care of sign up sheets Tony delivers booth stuff to Kellies Kellie and Jeff get table, tent, board to Springfest Jeff and Marley TV and video Banner for FDA with logo. All agree to get one for less than $50. Kellie will research. Winter League 2000 dues report Money collected and addresses are missing. Mike Chapman held responsible for missing items. Disc for Kids Program Kellie Sink and microwave $ to go to program with Hoffbrau logo included as a sponsor of the event Phil is trying to establish a youth league program Happy Hollow Elementary Intersession Group will teach at approx 30 children, 1st thru 6th graders, basics of ultimate frisbee including throws, catching, stretching, and defense. Phil will contact city about moving soccer teams off Walker Park $300 to be paid to Parks and Recreation Dept. for yearly membership dues at Walker Park. $5 per person with 60 members. JF to deliver check to city Phil and Jeff walk Combs park after big rain. JF is taking submissions for design or content of a new sign at Walker Park next to our fields. Fields Committee Meeting April 24th.
