Meeting minutes February 15th, 2001
Meeting called to order at 7:08pm

Treasureršs report (JB) - Account balance 4678.92. FDA and winter league
dues=$1800 collected. shirts costs $720, band and sound cost $75
for winter league party. Memberships will be passed out on Sunday with
deals from Pasta Cafe, Hoffbrau, sound Warehouse, Kellie Rollins, and OBC.
No outstanding bills to be paid except winter league party.
Fields
Kelly excavating $100/hr
Dozer and scraper $65/hr
10 hr day $165x10 = $1650
2 tractors $400 = $400
Mower $4500 = $4500
Roller $300 = $300
Bermuda sprig $2100=$3500 $3500
Sprig machine $1000 = $1000
Sand $900 = $900
Fertilizer $400-600 = $600
total = $12,850
Motion to table mower till more information available. Unanimously passed.
Adopt A Park (WR) - Lisa Pascal will be contacting wayne about work to be
done by FDA when weather is suitable. wayne to check on sign with
FDA name on it.
Web site - WR reported on prices from local servers. Motion made to allow Michele to choose best server. Motion passed
unanimously.
Winter league (BL)) - Captains will receive packets w/ wristbands. We will
have some shirts and discs for door prizes. Schmuecker is donation
five pizzas to the party. Kegs cost $160. Bl is making awards. PW
checking into Asbell as backup
Dan Gabor (WR) - Party is at George's, Tares is band, Fields are to be paid
for by Josešs.
Unfinished business:
Springfest (MM) - Date is April 21st from 9 am - 6 pm. 7 am - 9 am is
setup and applications are due on March 31st. Don Vansant will
donate the use of his smoothies machine. Wayne will bet background,
video, & table together. WR will ge fruit donated.
Art show (MM) - Arsagašs on Gregg St. has agreed to host the art show
starting in June for 6 weeks. Committee will start asking for
donation and make a sign-up sheet.
Pipe Storage & engine (WR) - Checking with old marina and Airgas about
locking w/in gates
