Youth Triathlon - compiling folder for next year. to be added to the funraising list for next year along with Art Show and Springfest .
Memberships - Public forms - Amy Eversole creating and distribute asap.

VP Report - Lance -
Adopt - a - park projects - Work date set for Dec.8th. Amy and /or Lance to meet with Lisa on Friday the 22nd and get key for tool shed and find out what needs to be done. Work day at Walker Park at 1:00 p.m.
Marshalltown Project - Fields need to be mowed and seed spread before first snow. Wane and Lance to work on mowing and watch weather for seeding opportunities. 100lb. of seed in trailer.
Practice fields - Whiter River fields are reserved until March (we¹re pretty sure of). Lance to double check.

Tournament Coordinators Report - Bygod -
Harvest Moon -
Voted to give Susie¹s band t-shirts and mugs.
Want to save Stonebridge use for Harvest Moon only. Not being on city property played a key role this year.
Motion made to give Howie 50 mugs since he co sponsored and we have plenty lef over.
Motion passed unamiously.
Will checking to make all sure water jugs returned. We may still owe for one or two.
Discussion held about how much to give the college section.
Motion made to give $800 - passed unamiously.

Public Relations Report - Wayne -
Newsletter - Last articles due on Sunday, November 24, 2002. To be out by Tuesday the 26th latest.
Web site - Need to make sure site is updated about the upcoming elections.


Old business
Christmas party - Jon Bitler to organize. Next general meeting will be during party, 12/13/02.
Engine & pump - Still trying to sell engine and pump.
Dan Gabor O03 - Masters tourney on sunday? (tabled)
Website - Use BWB¹s server when contract is closer to expiration. (tabled)
