Call to order - 05/15/02 @ 6:05 p.m., Tiny Tim's Pizza / West Mt. Brewery
Approval of agenda for 05/15/02 EC meeting - passed unanimously Approval of minutes from 04/037/02 EC meeting - passed unanimously

Treasurer's Report - Biter - Amy did Jon's report in his absence
Current balance is $5739.37 in checking and 1943.30 in savings amounting to a $7682.67 total. Outstanding : $5,300 on tractor loan
Springfest netted total of $616.00.
Art Auction - hasnÕt sold anything yet.
Kid's triathlon fundraiser- main sponsor is Lewis & Clark, officially called the "Lewis and Clark triathlon 2002". Need safety monitor and course monitor chief. Amy E. spearheading for FDA.

VP Report - Lance -
Fields for DG - Goat field will be mowed as much as possible, wetland causes lack of space.
Adopt - a - park projects: looking into next date
Practice to be moved to Asbell on June 4th, summer league there beginning June 18th. Need three fields
Marshalltown Project - Lance buying seed, mowing and discing need to be started.

Tournament Coordinators Report - Bygod -
DGMSSUT '02 - Wayne - All going as planned. Need to verify port-o-potties and pick up donations (to be done week of tourney). Program under way.
Summer league - Captains : Amy Mc, Brian McFarlamd, Scott Letts, Dan Smith, Bailey, Will (?). Playing at Asbell, need artwork
Harvest Moon - Jeff Fowlkes to coordinate. Can have party at George's, not private = $1000. Will to mention to Jeff about Underground Muse Project playing a set. Also looking at Garage Majhal, Smokin' Grass. Possible field location at stonebridge rd.

Public Relations Report - Wayne -
Newsletter - Second edition to go out June 3rd. Need articles and all information asap.
Web site - DGS7 section updated, 8 teams so far.
