If you do not send your roster, team dues, and individual waivers to UPA HQ by Aug. 27th, you will also owe a $50 late fee, payable to UPA. Provide an Individual Waiver for each player on your roster, and checks to the UPA for each player's dues.
There is no way to verify membership status at the tourney, so bring a dues check for each player, unless they
have their UPA membership card with them.
