  • Date - SATURDAY May 28, 2005
  • Captains meeting : 9:00 am sharp,
  • Games start promptly at 10.

  • Format : Savage 7: 5M / 2F , 9 people total per team.
  • Ratio of men/women - 5 male/2 female, 2 subs (your choice, but for injury only during game)
    If you need to recruit players, may I suggest you go to our local message boards and start a post.

  • Proceeds- All proceeds raised go to the Dan Gabor memorial scholarship, located in the geosciences department of the University of Arkansas. It provides at least one student a year the opportunity to attend a summer long field camp in Montana. We hope you'll come join us for a great day of ultimate for a great cause.

    1) selling merchandise on Sat. during the tournament (May 28th)
    2) selling of the ever popular Raffle Tickets, during the day and at the party
    3) ? something else YOU are extremely good at or if you just want to be helpful

    Party info -
    Location - The Gypsy, 402 W.Dickson St. Right across the street from the Walton Arts Center
    Bands - Hal & Trey / Cryin' Outloud
    Each team will receive 9 wristbands for players entry and beer at the party. ID's will be checked at the door. $5 cover for public (it is a fundraiser.)
    There will also be raffle prizes so bring your dollar bills.
    Things to keep in mind for the tourney:

    1) No dogs unless they are on a leash - this is a city ordinance that we can do nothing about and the park police do patrol the parks often during the summer.

    2) No Alcohol - open container laws and public intoxication laws are in full effect here in Fayetteville Parks.

    3)Please pack out what you packed in.

    These things are very important and failure to adhere with the law could cause us to lose this location....don't be that person, please.
