Inception of Executive Committee – Forming of Fayetteville Disc Association We are trying to organize ourselves in an effort to insure the growth of Ultimate in Northwest Arkansas. This organization will work to obtain and maintain permanent field space for Ultimate; will organize and run the summer and winter Leagues (all funds raised will go toward field maintenance); will work within the community to raise support for all the individual teams based out of our area. These are the Officer position we are looking for nominations. All nominees will be notified prior to the official election and given the opportunity to accept or decline the position. All interested people will be notified when the official election takes place by posting at practice. Please try to let your voice be heard. President – will preside at meetings; will be able to take legal action on behalf of organization when authorized top do so; will only have a vote a t meeting where there is a tie; will coordinate activities with local teams. Secretary/Vice-President – will serve in the president's place when needed; will facilitate communication between officers; shall deep al non-financial record; will send out notices to all members. Treasurer – will keep all financial record for organization; will make an annual treasurer's report at the annual meeting Public Relations/Fundraising Officer – will coordinate all fundraising activities; will represent the organization to business and the public; will attend civic or sports meeting for the club. Social Chairperson – will keep a phone list of all members; will distribute a newsletter notifying the members of club activities; will coordinate social events.
