UPA 2002 Club Series Guidelines
Entry Fee: $100 per team, all divisions.

Please mail checks BEFORE Tuesday Sept. 10.
Checks mailed after that date may not arrive before the event, and will have to be rewritten at the tourney.
DO NOT MAIL YOUR ROSTER!!!!
If you did not send your roster, team dues, and individual waivers to UPA HQ by Aug. 30th, you will also owe a $25 late fee, payable to UPA.
Provide an Individual Waiver for each player on your roster, and checks to the UPA for each player's dues. There is no way to verify membership status at the tourney, so bring a dues check for each player, unless they have their UPA membership card with them.

I-40 exit 150, south of the interstate. Go South on Military Drive, and take 1st Right(west) on Burns Park Drive. Fields are a few miles down this road on the left.
Located between White Oak Bayou and the Arkansas River this complex has: Irrigated fields, concession facilities, scorekeeper rooms, restrooms, parking next to each field, lights, nine pavilions, 25 acres of preserved wetlands, a four-mile bike trail and a fishing pier in the area.
There is a Football game (AR vs South FL, sept 14. 6pm)
